CONGRESS REGISTRATION

The regular registration fee (after June 20,2004) is 445 Euro with a Kluwer Proceedings prepayment and 410 Euro without a Kluwer Proceedings prepayment. Students and PhD students are automatically suppored by an ICTAM04 fee reduction to 180 Euro (no Kluwer proceedings). There is an accompanying persons fee of 50 Euro. Fees paid in cash on site will be accepted in local currency (Zloty) only, and calculated according to the NBP exchange rate from Friday, August 13, 2004.

How to Register?

CONGRESS REGISTRATION of perspective authors is necessary for the inclusion of their contribution in the Congress Program. The Congress Registration Form A must reach PCO Mazurkas Travel before July 20, 2004 to guarantee inclusion of the paper in the program and on the CD-ROM proceedings. Payment should follow the Registration From. The deadline for the reduced registration fee is June 20, 2004. Registration of participants will be done directly by PCO Mazurkas Travel.
